Take the City Nature Challenge!

The City Nature Challenge is an engaging event to determine which city, worldwide, can identify and document the most species on iNaturalist. iNaturalist is an application where individuals can upload photos of nature and wildlife.This tool is critical to helping identify and document wildlife all across the globe. This challenge strives to motivate people of all abilities to get outside and safely capture images of your local plants and animals. 

The Cibolo embraces inclusion because the outdoors is to be enjoyed and learned about by all. We are allowing everyone to join us and participate by observing and taking some pictures of any plants and animals you will see at the Cibolo. 

Join us on April 30th from 1 pm -4 pm at the Cibolo Nature Center for a fun afternoon of nature exploration!

Families and individuals will be able to participate in some activities such as:

• Scavenger Hunt 
• Visiting Identification Tables (The Green Society Club Table & The Wildlife Society Club Table)
• Raffle prizes and more
