Barre Blend or Pilates Movement Mondays at Herff Farm
Every other Monday of the Month
Join our community for an outdoor wellness class with an emphasis on sculpting and toning the small muscles in your body that you didn’t even know you had.
We are happy to announce that we will be alternating between Barre Blend and Pilates! Both classes do not require any previous experience and can accommodate all fitness levels!
Pilates: A moderately paced flow focusing on body alignment, breath, and control. Our focus will be to enhance body awareness and strength.
Barre: An upbeat class that keeps your body moving and your mind working. An inclusive workout that incorporates ballet movements and pilates exercises to advance in strength and coordination.
Don’t forget your mat and a water bottle!
