Pilates at Cibolo Nature Center every 3rd Monday morning beginning in March from 10am to 11am
Join our community in a friendly and inclusive outdoor pilates class inspired by the principles of Awareness, Balance, Breath, Center, Control, Concentration, Efficiency and Flow. Practicing Pilates on a regular basis will increase your core strength, lengthen the muscles in your body, and improve your overall strength and flexibility. You will leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready to conquer the rest of your day. All moves can be modified for anyone; including pre-natal modifications. Don’t forget your mat and a water bottle!
*Face Masks are required during up-close interactions at the class; social distancing will be required but not mask when exercising per state mandate.
