March- Amazing Animals

Each week we will have a class focused on animals that call the nature center and farm home. Let’s learn about the different types of animals, how animals live, play, hide, and survive and ways we can help them at the Nature Center and the Herff Farm.

April- Places for Plants and Pollinators

Each week we will focus on different plants and pollinators and where they live and learn how you can bring home nature to support these amazing creatures. We will also get an up-close look at our soil and who calls this home.

May- Exploring Your World

Each week will discover a different microhabitat and learn about the trees, grass, gardens, and water and look at the fun, safe ways to play, learn and restore these places. We will play with water, get our hands dirty, and go on a mini hike to look at the diverse places and spaces at the Nature Center and Farm.
