Volunteer Groups
We welcome volunteers in many ways from individuals to large groups from organizations and businesses.
Whether you are by yourself or with a group, the Cibolo has both short-term and ongoing volunteer opportunities for many interests.
Adult Volunteers
Put your talents, passion, and energy to use at the Cibolo! No matter the season, adult volunteer opportunities are available in gardening, environmental stewardship, special events, programs and more.
Community Organization Volunteers
Volunteer opportunities are available for any community organization with four or more individuals who want to volunteer for a one-time project. This is ideal for community organizations, college organizations, or youth groups. Community organization volunteers often assist with special events and large-scale projects onsite.
Corporate Volunteers
Volunteer opportunities are available for area businesses. Completely customizable, corporate volunteering at the Cibolo gets your employees outdoors, encourages team camaraderie and fosters positive well-being while creating a lasting impact in our community.

I'm already a Cibolo Volunteer, but I don't see the old GivePulse system to sign up anymore. How do I sign up?
We are currently transitioning out of an older software system that tracked our donors to a new one. In this interim process, we are asking all existing volunteers to contact Sarah Berringer, Farm Education Director at sarahb@cibolo.org. Sarah will take care of your hours and make sure you are signed up for the right things.

Can the Cibolo provide verification of volunteer hours for school, work, or other reasons?
Absolutely! Please email Sarah Berringer at sarahb@cibolo.org and she will get you a copy of your hours and help you with any documentation you need.
