Harvest your own organic seasonal produce straight from the Teaching Garden at Herff Farm!

Join us for a special event in the Teaching Garden at The Herff Farm as we open the garden gates for a limited-capacity Harvest Day Experience. This intimate event is limited to just 25 guests and offers a unique opportunity to harvest fresh organic produce directly from the garden alongside our farm team.

As you walk through the rows, you’ll learn about the vegetables we grow in the Texas Hill Country, including growing practices, harvesting tips, and how each crop thrives in the garden. Guests will hand-pick seasonal produce such as eggplant, beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, squash, zucchini, peppers, and fresh herbs, with all produce available for purchase by the pound.

We’ll also provide recipe inspiration and simple cooking ideas to help you turn your harvest into fresh summer meals at home. Whether you’re a gardener, food lover, or simply looking for a memorable farm experience, this is a chance to connect with where your food comes from in a beautiful and meaningful way.

Space is extremely limited and registration is first come, first served. Reservations are required.
